About Lexy

I love writing and sharing my stories! My focus is on personal narrative and memoir. My Newlywed blog features personal essays that explore relationships, family, and self-concept within the context of marriage. I am also drafting my debut book entitled Loveaholic. Set in the 2010s, it is a memoir that follows my cross-country journey of self-discovery after the ending of a difficult relationship.  

Currently I live in South Florida with my amazing husband, Grif. We found true love later in life, and were married in October 2025. I now have four stellar adult step-children. My writing has been published in the Memoirist, the largest memoir publication on Medium.com. I have also been selected as a writer for the O, Miami Poetry Festival.
